I love my child's pictures. How do I order more?
There is a reorder form on the back of the envelope in which your portraits
were delivered. Completely fill out the order form and mail it along with
payment to the address listed on form. Don't have an order form? No problem,
click on the Picture Program type listed below for a printable re-order form.

How
quickly are finished portraits returned?
It depends on several factors. Whether your school receives their class
pictures in the Fall and/or how the class picture will be processed. Generally,
your child's portrait will be delivered to his or her school approximately
three to four weeks after Picture Day. Please call our office to check on the
specific style and format of the class picture that is provided to your school.

My child was absent on Picture Day. What can I do?
For most schools in the Fall, we will return for a Make-Up Picture Day for Fall
Portraits. Typically it is scheduled approximately 6 weeks after the first
Picture Day. Your child's school should send home new Picture Day flyers a few
days prior to Make-Up Picture Day. The pricing and package choices are exactly
the same as those on Picture Day.
If
your child missed Picture Day in the Spring, or a Make-Up day is not offered at
your school, we have selected Fall and Spring dates in which our office will be
open for Make-Up Pictures. Click here for a list of upcoming dates.
